We’ll create the artwork for you to review and approve. This process usually takes around 36 to 48 hours.

Each order is personalised and professionally engraved. The time it takes depends on the quantity and the complexity of the engraving.

Smaller orders (around 25 items) may be completed in approximately 1–2 days after artwork approval. Larger orders (like 100 keyrings) may take between 3–5 days.

If the engraving is simple, such as just a company name or QR code, production is quicker. More detailed engravings may add a little time.

The production timeline begins once you have approved the artwork. If the approval takes additional time, the overall delivery time will be longer.
